Back and with my mac

Absolutely cheesy title I know :c)

The new 'puter was suppose to be delivered on Friday after we had already left for Chicago. I called UPS and tracked down the package so they held onto the computer and (thankfully) delivered it on Monday instead. Good thing because I wasn't going to be home but also because severe weather went through Friday night.

The pretty silver Mac was opened late last evening. It's now up and running and I'm loving it. It's funny how just a couple years makes a world of difference in the upgrades on a system. Even the keys work remarkably better and they are quieter, too, which helps for those nights I'm typing in bed while Neil is sleeping. (hehe)

Now hopefully this time I don't run this one to it's death in just a few small years. Wish me luck. (I obviously need it.)

Chicago (and my time with Johanna) was absolutely wonderful. More to come once I get back into the swing of everything. Another wedding on Saturday, just 4 days away, and in the meantime I have 5 family sessions to proof and 3 wedding albums to do.

Serenity now, serenity now.
