Wheel! Of! FORTUNE!

Everyone mark your calendars! Our friend, Chris, is going to be on Wheel of Fortune this Friday, the 30th!

He went out there a few weeks ago with his wife, Angie. We were with them the day after they arrived back from L.A. and he didn't breath a WORD about whether he won or not. What a good guy to follow the rules! He talked all about the show, which was really interesting, but of course didn't say a thing as to whether he won or not. (Grrrrrrr. I SO wanted to know, and I know he knew how much I felt like I NEEDED TO KNOW! It bothers me to be left out of anything!) Chris and Neil carpool to work together and he didn't even tell Neil. (Or maybe he DID tell Neil and Neil is now keeping it from me?! Nahhhhh. He wouldn't do that to me. Or would he??) Chris did say he won *some* money, but how much, no one will know until Friday!!!!

Neil and I laugh about this because . . . Chris really isn't that outgoing of a person and you'd think a guy who got chosen to be on WoF would be, right? And now after realizing just how cheesey the show actually is (based on Chris's words from actually being a participant), we laugh because HE was a part of that major cheesiness! But ultimately, I guess I would participate in that cheesiness, too, if there was a chance I could win some exotic (cheesey) trip or some (cheesey) $20,000! But I don't know, I'd probably have some anxiety attack before going on. I think they'd know better than to pick me. And honestly, I'm saying everything is "cheesey" because it just makes me feel better that he got to go, see a taping of the Bold and the Beautiful and have his picture taken by the Plinko Board on The Price is Right ;c)

So Friday night is a big party at a bar with tv's all-around. Should be a fun time. We'll see if next week there will be media reports on Chris and his winnings. Time will tell! Make sure you watch!
